Cancellation Policy

At Physios @ Home, we value your time and aim to provide the best possible service to all our patients. Because our therapists block out travel time specifically for your appointment and to help us run efficiently and offer appointments to those who need them, we enforce a strict cancellation policy

 

Notice Period:

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

  • 24 or more hours provided: No charge.

  • Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with understanding.

No-Shows / Inability to Access:

  • If the therapist arrives at the property within the agreed time window and cannot gain entry after 15 minutes of trying to contact you, it will be treated as a no-show. The session will be forfeited and charged in full.

Therapist Lateness:

  • Due to the unpredictable nature of traffic and travel, our therapists have a 15-minute grace window.

  • If they are running more than 15 minutes late, they will contact you to give an updated ETA, and your full treatment time will still be honoured.​

Why We Have This Policy:
Missed appointments reduce our ability to offer treatment to other patients in need. By giving us adequate notice, we can offer your slot to someone else waiting for care.
